    Item-level cancellations are not supported. Only full shipment or order cancellation is allowed.

    You can cancel before the order is packed.
     Once packed, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery at your doorstep.

    1. Login → Account → My Orders
    2. Select Cancel Order
    3. Confirm cancellation reason

    Refunds will be processed based on the payment method.
