To cancel your order before it is packed:
- Log in to your Styli account
- Go to My Account → My Orders
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Order
- Confirm your cancellation and select a reason
Once cancelled:
- Your order status will be updated to Closed
- You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS
- Your refund will be processed based on your payment method
Important:
Cancellation is not possible once the order is packed. Please wait for delivery and refuse the shipment if you no longer need it.
