    Here’s how you can place an order without creating an account:


        1.    Browse and select your items, choose the size, then click Add to Bag 

        2.    Click on the bag icon to review your items and proceed to checkout 

        3.    Review your order summary and apply any available coupons (Click on Coupons/ Voucher to see your available coupons)

        4.    Enter your phone number or email address 

        5.    Verify your details using the OTP sent to your phone 

        6.    Click Add Address and enter your delivery details 

        7.    Select your preferred payment method 

        8.    Place your order

  • Q3: How can I place an order as a registered user?

    Follow these steps:

        1.    Open the Styli app or website 

        2.    Go to My Account 

        3.    Select Sign Up 

        4.    Enter your email address or phone number 

        5.    Enter the OTP sent to you 

        6.    Complete the required details (name, email, password) 

        7.    Click Sign Up 


    Once your account is created:

        8. Add items to your bag and proceed to checkout

        9. Add or confirm your delivery address

        10. Review your order details and apply coupons if available

        11. Select your payment method

        12. Place your order

    If you haven’t received your OTP within 2 minutes:

    • Double-check the entered email or phone number
    • Ensure you have a stable network connection
    • Tap Resend OTP and check Email, SMS, and WhatsApp

    3. Select Login and enter your email 
    4. Click Forgot Password 
    5. Check your email for the reset link

    No. Each email address and phone number can be linked to only one account.
