  • Q1: What is the return policy?


    We offer easy returns for most items. However, some products are not eligible for return.

    Non-returnable items include:

    1. Innerwear, briefs, shapewear bottoms, swimwear, and face masks 
    2. Beauty products (including makeup, perfumes, and accessories) 
    3. Items marked as non-returnable on the product page 
    4. Selected items during sale or promotional periods 

    Please check the product page before placing your order to confirm eligibility.

    For eligible returns:

    • Items must be unused and in original condition 
    • All tags must be attached 
    • Items should be returned in original packaging 

    Security tags (if applicable) must remain intact

  • Q3: How can I place a return request?

    Follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Styli account 
    2. Go to Account → My Orders 
    3. Select the order you want to return 
    4. Click Return Item 
    5. Select the item(s) and reason for return 
    6. Confirm your request 

    For KSA customers:
    You can choose between pickup or drop-off

    If you select drop-off:

    • Choose a carrier location 
    • Drop off the item within 10 days during working hours 

    For non-KSA customers:
     Simply confirm the return request and our team will guide you on the next steps.

  • Q4: What is the drop-off option?

    For customers in KSA, the drop-off option allows you to return your item by visiting a selected courier branch at your convenience.

  • Q5: How will I receive my refund?

    Refunds are processed based on your original payment method:

    1. Card payments:
      The refund will be processed to the same card. It may take 5–7 days to reflect, depending on your bank.
      For MADA cards, this may take up to 14–21 days
    2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
      The refund will be issued as Styli credit once the return is received. You can use this credit anytime. 
    3. Tabby / Tamara:
      Refunds are issued to your Tabby or Tamara account and typically reflect within 24 hours
    4. Styli Cash:
      The refund will be processed back as Styli Cash once the return is received.
      The refunded amount will have the same remaining validity as at the time of use.
      (For example, if your Styli Cash had 3 days left before expiry, the refunded amount will also be valid for 3 days from the date of refund.) 
    5. Mixed payments:
       If you used multiple payment methods (e.g. Styli credit + card), the refund will be split accordingly: 
      • The Styli credit portion will be returned as Styli credit 
      • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Q6: What is the timeline for returns and refunds?

    Return timeline:

    • Once your return request is submitted, pickup will be arranged within 3–5 days 
    • After pickup, it may take up to 5 days for the item to reach our warehouse 

    Refund timeline:

    • Your refund will be initiated once the returned item is received and passes quality checks 

    The time it takes for the refund to reflect depends on your original payment method:

    1. Card payments:
       5–7 days (MADA may take up to 14–21 days) 
    2. Cash on Delivery:
      Refunded as Styli credit once the return is received 
    3. Tabby / Tamara:
       Refunded within 24 hours 
    4. Styli Cash:
       Refunded with the same remaining validity 
      • Example: If your Styli Cash had 3 days left before expiry, the refunded amount will also be valid for 3 days from the date of refund 
    5. Mixed payments:
       Refunded back to each payment method accordingly 
      • Example: If you paid using Styli credit + card, the Styli credit portion will be returned as Styli credit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your card

  • Q7: Will there be any deductions from my refund?

    If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the item value.

    The following charges are not refunded:

    • Shipping fees 
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) fees 
    • Import duties 
    • Bank transfer fees 

    The first return on an order is free. Additional returns may include a return fee.

  • Q8: Can I return part of an order purchased under a promotion?

    Yes, you can return eligible items even if they were part of a promotion.

    The refund amount will be adjusted based on the offer applied and will be shown during the return process.

  • Q9: How can I download the return document (AWB)?

    If you selected drop-off, you can download the return label (AWB) as follows:

    1. Go to Account 
    2. Select My Returns 
    3. Open your return request 
    4. Click Download AWB Document 

    The document will be available within 24 hours of initiating your return.

  • Q10: Why wasn’t my import fee refunded after returning my order?

    Import duties are non-refundable, even if the full order is returned.

    These charges are applied by customs authorities and are not controlled by Styli.
