Returns Process

  • How can I place a return request on STYLI?
    STYLI provides its customers with an easy return 
    policy in which they can return items purchased for 
    any reason within 15 days of delivery. The products 
    should be unused and in their original condition with 
    tags and packaging on. The customer is welcome to 
    try on a product but should take adequate measures 
    to preserve its condition. To place a return request:
    
    Step1: Go to 'Account'
    Step2: Click on 'All Orders'
    Step3: Open order details
    Step4: Scroll down, you will find an option called 
    'Return Item' at the end of the page
    Step5: Select the item/s you want to return
    Step6: Update the reason for the return
    Step7: You can choose to drop off at the nearest 
    SMSA branch (this option is available only for KSA 
    orders) or pick up
    Step8: Finally, click on Confirm
    
    Styli have two different methods of return for 
    (KSA customers):
    1- The customer can drop off the items personally 
    at the nearest SMSA branch after downloading the 
    return document "AWB", Click here for more details 
    on how to download return AWB.
    2- Customers also can choose the driver to collect t
    he return from their location and the pickup will occur 
    within 5 to 7 days
    
    Refunds will be processed based on the payment 
    method:
    1- For card payments, the refund will be processed on 
    the same card within 7 days except for MADA cards 
    which might take 14-21 days due to a technical issue 
    in the payment gateway.
    2- For cash on delivery, the refund will be processed 
    as Styli credit customers can utilize it anytime
    3- For Tabby or Tamara installments, the refund will be 
    deducted from the remaining installments
    4- For mixed payments such as (Styli credit + card) 
    a partial refund will be added to the same card and a 
    partial refund will be added as store credit.
    
    Store credit, vouchers, gift credit, or Styli coins will be 
    refunded only as store credit and are not eligible for 
    bank transfer.
    
    The return option will be available only once the order 
    status is changed to 'Delivered'.
    
    In case of order status does not change after 24 hours 
    from the date of receiving the order. Contact us through 
    one of the below support channels, we will help you in 
    the best possible manner:

  • How can I download return document (AWB)?
    You will need to download the return document (AWB)
     only in case you have selected to drop off the return to
     the nearest SMSA branch by following the below steps:
    Step1: Go to “Account”
    Step2: Select “My returns”
    Step3: Open return request details
    Step4: Then click on “Download AWB Document”
    The document will be available within 24 hours from 
    initiating the return request.

  • Can I get a product size/color replaced?
    Unfortunately, product replacement is not available on 
    STYLI. 
    
    If the size or color is not of your choice, you can place 
    a normal return and then place a new order with the 
    product/size/color that you want.

  • Are there any products that cannot be returned?
    Ye, the following exceptions and rules apply to the returns policy:
    
    1- Items like briefs, shapewear bottoms, innerwear, any lingerie sets that include briefs, face masks, swimwear cannot be returned.
    2- Beauty products such as (makeup, perfumes, and any kind of makeup accessories) cannot be returned. 
    3- During sales & offers time there are selected products will be marked as non-returnable and it won't be possible to return nor exchange these product 
    
    All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box). STYLI will not be liable for the products returned by mistake.

  • When do I get my refund back after returning an item?
    Refunds will be initiated based on the payment method 
    and after checking the quality of the returned products. 
    If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, 
    STYLI will ship the product back to the customer, and 
    shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
    
    1- For card payments, the refund will be processed on 
    the same card within 7 to 14 days except for MADA cards 
    which might take 14-21 days due to a technical issue in 
    the payment gateway.
    2- For cash on delivery, the refund will be processed as 
    Styli credit customers can utilize it anytime.
    3- For Tabby and Tamara's installment, the refund will be

  • I paid with my debit/credit card, but got refunded in STYLI credits. Can I transfer my refund to the card I paid with?

    Payments get refunded to your original payment method:
    1- For payments made via store wallet, cash on delivery,

    customers will receive refunds back into their STYLI
    accounts as store credits.
    2- For those who chose to pay the entire amount via credit

    or debit card, the amount paid will be refunded back to their
    cards.
    3- For payments made partially with credit or debit card and

    store credit, customers will receive a partial refund into their
    STYLI accounts and cards.

  • Why I didn't get custom fees refunded after returning my complete order?
    Customer fees or import fees are non-refundable 
    even after returning the complete order.
    Import fees will only apply in case of delivery to (Kuwait, Bahrain & UAE).
