    Q: What is Styli Cash?

    It is a digital currency with limited time validity that the customers can use only on Styli App to make purchases.

     

    Q: Can I transfer my Styli cash to bank?

    Unfortunately, Styli cash is Non-transferable and non-withdrawable

     

    Q: Is there a conversion rate applied?

    Yes. 10 Styli Cash = 1 SAR and equivalent in other countries.

     

    Q: Is there a maximum applicability of Styli cash on orders

    Yes. The maximum amount allowed is 50% of the order value post any shipping fees, COD fees, or import fees.

     

    Q: What happens if an order placed using Styli Cash is returned? 

    In case of returns, the Styli cash will be credited back to customer with additional validity equivalent to the one at the time of issue. E.g. If coins with 3 days left to expire were used, and later refunded, the refunded coins will have 3 days remaining from the date of refund
