    Global Shipments are orders fulfilled by sellers located outside the GCC. These items are shipped internationally to you through Styli or the seller’s logistics partners.

    Products shipped from outside the GCC are marked with a “Global” label on the product page, cart, and order details.

  • 3. How long does delivery take?

    Delivery for Global Shipments usually takes longer than express orders due to international shipping and customs clearance.

  • 4. Are customs duties or import taxes applicable?

  • 5. Can I cancel my Global Shipment order?

    Cancellation of Global Shipment orders is subject to the processing status of the order.

    • A customer may cancel a Global Shipment order only until packing has not been initiated by the seller. 
    • Once the seller has started packing the item, the cancellation option may no longer be available. 
    • After the order has been dispatched for international shipping, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. 

    The availability of the cancellation option, where applicable, will be reflected on the Order details page.

  • 6. Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can track your order through your Styli account.

    • Visit All Orders to view status updates

    • Click Shipment History for detailed tracking

     

    Tracking updates may be limited while the order is in international transit.

  • 15. Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    No, COD is not available for Global products.

  • 16. Why is COD not available when I add a Global item?

    Adding a Global item disables COD for the entire cart. Only prepaid orders are allowed.
