Cancellation of Global Shipment orders is subject to the processing status of the order.

  • A customer may cancel a Global Shipment order only until packing has not been initiated by the seller. 
  • Once the seller has started packing the item, the cancellation option may no longer be available. 
  • After the order has been dispatched for international shipping, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. 

The availability of the cancellation option, where applicable, will be reflected on the Order details page.
