This means you have added the wrong mobile number 
or email ID. 

Check the registered email ID on:

Step1: Go to my account
Step2: Click on view & edit your profile
Step3: Scroll down to view the registered Email ID

Check the saved mobile number by following the
below steps:

Step1: Go to my account
Step2: Click on 'My Orders'
Step3: Open order details
Step4: Then you will find the registered phone number
and address details

In case your mobile number is incorrect check if the order
status if it is 'processing', you can cancel the order and
recreate it with the correct details. If the order status is
“Packed” reach out to our customer service and we will
do the needful.
